Dear Jaguar and Staff, Thank you for your kindness and sympathy at a time when it was deeply appreciated. I'm still through a lot but so very grateful for all of you understanding and help during the difficult time of Marjorie Kosinski's passing. Mom's services and burial were so special and put us a peace (all who attended). Your staff and cemetery workers are great too!! Thank you! Sincerely, Cheryl Garrett

Dear George and Raye, Jaguar, Jesus, , and Katherine. From the moment my wife, Gail, and I entered the doors and Raye brought us up to date on family doings over the years, and by the individual interactions of each and everyone of you, we were made to feel welcome, helped, and sustained through the planning and execution of services for my brother, Paul C. Trimble. This extended as well to his daughters, Debbie Shields and Kathleen MacKechnie, who were the primary planners. Everything was done quietly, thoroughly, professionally with consideration for the needs of a multi-cultural service. Everyone felt calmer with lifted moods throughout the experience. You, each and together, have my thanks and gratitude for having done everything so well. Sincerely, Tom Trimble

My son Kunal passed away in a car accident on Nov 1,2020. This is something we were not prepared for, we were in a frantic search for funeral services because the coroner would not release the body without it. Valley Memorial Park was recommended by a friend who went through similar tragedy. After a very bad sales pitch from the funeral home used by the county coroner office, meeting Melanie Flores was amazing. You see, losing a child so unexpectedly is already a ground shaking experience for parents. We are not supposed to be doing the arrangements, it should be the other way round. Melanie was so kind and understanding when she met with us the first time. She explained everything at our pace, never pushing us to do anything, always giving us time to think and offering choices if we were not sure, and accommodating all our requests. From start to finish, she was always there when we needed help or guidance. Because of her and the staff of Valley Memorial Park, the whole event was planned and executed with care, love, and understanding. Because my son passed away in an accident, I could not see him until the coroner’s examination was done. It took almost 4 days before the coroner released Kunal’s body and I was literally dying to see him. Melanie insisted on seeing Kunal first to make sure I will not be traumatized in case there were injuries. She also managed to arrange for us to see Kunal as soon as possible without further wait. I will be eternally grateful to her for that. She went above and beyond the expected services to let me see my child as soon as possible. She held my hand when necessary, supported me through one of the hardest events in my life.

Dear Mark, Thank you for all your kind and patient assistance during the weeks in which I had to say goodbye to my husband Michael. You took considerable time and were graciously understanding from the time I notified you from the hospital on October 26th of Michael having left us. Thank you for allowing Brandon and me much time to ponder, time to change our minds, and time spent with and viewing Michael. The Funeral service was "dignified" as many persons have stated which was also due to your professionalism , the "perfect" casket, flowers, and special attention and direction to the pallbearers along with flowers, gloves, and special kindness in removing Michael and his casket from the hearse and returning both in a most dignified and special manners. Taking Michael to his crypt was the longest walk of my life but necessary and memorable. Again, thank you for helping me at the hardest time in my life. I cannot forget. Sincerely, Barbara , Mrs. Michael Fewer.

Dear George & Raye, Thank you for all your considerable time and patience that you spent with me and my son during the weeks following the loss of my husband Michael Edward Fewer. It was and is the most difficult time in my life. I did not want to say any good-bye, and I continue to not want to let go of him. As we went through the process of making the final arrangements you were kind and graciously understanding professionals. I now know that I made the correct decisions for Michael though I continue to wish he were with me. Again, thank you for your warm understanding and kindness. Sincerely, Mrs. Michael Fewer

My father was very ill and I wanted to have all the paperwork and and funeral details arranged ahead of time. I Found Valley Memorial on line along with other Funeral homes and visited more than one but it was the beauty of the facility and friendliness and prompt services of the staff that made me choose Valley Memorial Park. Mark Mulholland the funeral home manager was fantastic! He explained things quickly and concisely in terms that made it easy to understand and remember and took a huge weight off my family's shoulders so we could focus on the important things not paperwork and red tape. When the time came last week everything was seamless. He organized with the hospital for the pickup and did all the necessary legal paperwork and funeral services for us. My family was amazed how I took care of things so well!It was not me it was Mark!We even had some minor delays do to the hospital staff but Mark was personally involved and went out of his way to make sure we got everything done in less than a week as we had to go to New Jersey for the final resting place . I would not hesitate to use Mark and his staff for all funeral services.

We want to thank you for your assistance, support and warm welcome to our family when we arrived the first day in preparation for our dear Mother's committal ceremony at Valley Memorial Park. Everyone was understanding and patient as we went through the process over the next several days. At our request and out of respect for our Mother, You and Melanie placed my mom's nightgown over her body before the cremation process. You were instrumental l in getting F. Michael Quinn to officiate at the inurment ceremony. On the day of our parent's committal ceremony and the family having forgotten to bring the rosaries, you were very kind in providing rosaries to place in the niche with each of our parent's urns. We were touched and grateful. With Fr. Quinn officiating and only immediate family present, the committal ceremony was lovely and most special. You were there aiding us through the ceremony. Two weeks later, we had my Mother's Memorial service at F. Quinn's church in Sausalito. Your continued involvement and attendance at the memorial service was welcomed and greatly appreciated. While we are not aware of what each employee is tasked with we want to thank everyone for their role in making the process run as smoothly as possible: Sincerely Margie Colin, Peter Lambertson, Bobby Colin and Laura Colin

What wonderful memories we will always have because of your caring and compassion for our family. Many people told us it was the best service they had ever attended. Much of it was due to your help and ability to keep us on course. In the words of the grandkids "You are the Bomb" In a short time, we are left loving you for who you are - a wonderful, wonderful person.
